How do I Track my Order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking info directly via email to keep tabs on your items... We know how eager you will be to receive them!
How long does Processing & Shipping take?
Please allow up to 7 days for processing. Your Shipment will be shipped to the Shipping Address on file. Egocentric Beauty is not responsible for lost packages due to errors in Shipping Address inputs. Shipments are made via USPS and tracking information will be sent to you via email when available.
What are your delivery options?
At the moment, our primary carrier for shipping is USPS and we are only shipping to the United States until further notice.
What is your returns policy?
Due to the nature of the goods, returns are not accepted. However, it is important that you love the product you receive. If you have an issue, please reach out to us via Email: Info@Egocentricbeauty.com. We are not responsible for damages that may have occured during Shipping and handling on behlaf of the post office.
Is the product safe for Children?
The product is all natural and is safe for all hair types. Because babies and kids are so young and can have undeveloped allergies, it is best to test a little bit on their arm or leg to see if they have any kind of reaction. We have used the product on the little ones in our family and they love it!
